Terms of Use
Last updated: July 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Swift Attorney website and services. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. The Service
Swift Attorney is a referral and marketing service that helps people involved in accidents in Florida understand possible next steps and, where appropriate, connects them with participating accident attorneys and medical providers. Swift Attorney is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not represent clients.
2. No Attorney-Client Relationship
Contacting Swift Attorney, submitting a form, or being connected with a participating attorney does not create an attorney-client relationship. Such a relationship is formed only if you separately enter into a written agreement with a participating attorney.
3. No Guarantees
Every situation is different. Swift Attorney does not guarantee any outcome, result, recovery or timeline, and nothing on this website should be read as a promise of results.
4. Not Emergency or Medical Advice
Swift Attorney is not an emergency service. If you are in immediate danger or require emergency assistance, call 911. Content on this site is general information only and is not medical advice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the site, including submitting false information, interfering with its operation, attempting to access non-public areas, or using the site for unlawful purposes.
6. Intellectual Property
The Swift Attorney name, logo and site content are owned by or licensed to Swift Attorney and may not be copied or used without permission, except as allowed by law.
7. Third Parties
Participating attorneys and medical providers are independent third parties. Swift Attorney is not responsible for the services they provide, and any engagement with them is between you and them.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swift Attorney is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the service.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
